• Our online booking system has changed as of September, 2012 to serve you better!

  • On September 17th, 2012 all clients were required to create a new Click4Time online booking calendar account by clicking our "Book Online" button/link. This new link was available starting on September 17th, 2012.
  • When you have clicked the “Book Online” button/link, once there, choose any service and any time (just for this procedure to set your account), and it will ask you to login, and take you to a login screen.
  • Please choose “NEW USER”, as you will be a new user of the “Click4Time” booking system. Current/returning patients, to register please use the same email address you currently use to login to our calendar (as we have transferred your account history under that email). Each online user must have a unique email address therefore if you share an email address with someone else you must create a personal email before you can register. The password can also be the same as long as it is at least 8 characters. If not, please create a new password.
  • After completing the registration, a validation email will be sent to the email address used to register the account. Clicking the validation link will return you to the calendar login page where you will be able to book appointments with your service provider.
  • We strive to make the calendar changeover as seamless as possible. If you require assistance to book appointments, please call us at 604-873-3827.
